When I Am Afraid

Morning Declaration: When I am afraid, I will trust in you. For, I stand amazed in Your presence and astounded by Your mercy and love. I will lift my hands high in surrender for your grace is always enough for me.  There is no one higher or greater than my God.

I wait and listen for the Whisper of the Father’s Heart: You are a child of the King, highly favored and loved, but most importantly, you have been rescued. Give to me your secret fears and disappointments. Break your alabaster box and pour out your precious perfume, for I am the one who speaks life into those dry places, the one who allows hope to rise up within your soul. The one that will turn your ashes into beauty and bids you to come. Ask of me and I will answer the cry of your heart.

Some see your past, but I understand your destination, the pen of the Lord is not finished with your life. I have put an incredible treasure within you that is ready to break open. For my promises are True and Amen, in the alabaster box of spilled sorrows, regrettable failures, opportunities missed, and dreams not yet realized…comes the anointing for new beginnings of delight and joy. For every dream you have sacrificed will come to light in Me, draw close to me and never let go, join me in the intimate dance of life.
