Rhythms of Grace

Morning declaration: I will seek your Presence and will find my Rest in you.

Are you tired? Worn out? Burned out on religion? Come to me. Get away with me and you’ll recover your life. I will show you how to take a real rest. Walk with me and work with me—watch how I do it. Learn the unforced rhythms of grace. I will not lay anything heavy or ill-fitting on you. Keep company with me and you’ll learn to live freely and lightly.”

I heard the Father whisper: Learn to live in the rhythm of my grace, seek to live in the rhythm of my rest and you will be prepared for anything that comes your way.

Exodus 33:14, Matthew 11:28-30, Hebrews 4:16

  1. I like how real rest is described as rhythm. I had a peace, but real rest is something I never truly realized until I became aware what real rest felt like. It feels like a flow.
