Whispers from the Father's Heart/Encouraging Words

Season of Blessings

Morning declaration: Open the eyes of my heart that I may see you by my side and hear your voice as we walk together through today’s adventure.

The Lord reigns over all the earth and his handiwork is there for all to see only if you are looking It is the glory of the God to conceal a matter and the glory of kings to search it out.  Proverbs 25:2, We have been made kings and priests to serve our God. Revelation 5:10

The Blessings of the Lord are all around, are you looking?  When Moses turned and looked the LORD spoke to him. Exodus 3:4

In our day to day walk when we see lovely flowers be reminded of  God’s faithfulness. If God cares so wonderfully for flowers, He will surely care for you. Matthew 6:30

When you see and hear the beautiful song of the Cardinal, and the Robin, be reminded of his tender care. Look at the birds…Your heavenly father feeds them. And you are far more valuable to Him than they are. Matthew 6:26

When we are blessed with soft rains be reminded of His refreshing grace. I will send down showers in season; there will be showers of blessings. Ezekiel 34:26

When we have Sunny days, be reminded of the light He brings that shines in and through us. I am the light of the world. …Whoever follows Me will have the light of life. John 8:12

In this season let us proclaim the hope God gives to our hearts. See! The winter is past; the rains have come and gone. Flowers appear on the earth; the season of singing has come. Song of Solomon 2:11-12

Before I was blind, now I see color; before I was dead, now I’m alive. My life was filled with failure, but you snatched me from the enemy’s hand.

Changed from a piece of coal dust to a valuable diamond and now I have a hope and a future. You were there in the dark night of my soul, in the depths of my sorrow. You have been my strength, my hope for tomorrow

In every season,  you are good to me. Surely your mercy and goodness will follow me.  I will lift my voice and my hands in sweet surrender May my life be a sweet aroma of love and sacrifice to you.

Ephesians 3:20-21, Job 33:4, 2 Samuel 22:49, Psalms 23:6, 2 Corinthians

Who Can Satisfy…

Morning Declaration “You Satisfy my desire with good and beautiful things, you have supercharged my life, making me strong, and have restored my youth so that I can soar again like a flying eagle in the sky.” Psalm 103:5

Who Can Satisfy…

I have dug at artificial reservoirs till
I found the water of Jesus satisfies.
I have settled for crumbs till
I found the bread of Jesus makes full my hunger.

I have eaten at the world’s table till
I found the banqueting table of Jesus to be extravagant.
I have searched everywhere for peace till
I found the presence of Jesus is the fullness of joy.

I have searched for manmade cures till
I found the prince of peace that passes all understanding.
I have searched for a more perfect design till
I found the will of Jesus is perfect.

I have considered the world’s point of view till
I found the wisdom of Jesus is flawless.
I would have settle for temporal benefits till
I found the grace of Jesus is sufficient.

I have considered other lovers promises till
I found the covenant of Jesus to be certain.
I have pursued more and more till
I found that the provision of Jesus meets my needs.

I have searched for a trustworthy place to stand till
I found that the kingdom of Jesus is unshakeable.
I have sought the approval of others till
I found that the smile of Jesus was enough.

I have looked for other fountains to drink from till
I found that the River of Life is sweeter.
I have depended on my righteousness till
I found the Blood of Jesus redeems my soul.

I have been sitting in the dust till
I looked up and saw the hand of God reaching to pull me out.
I reached for his hand and he invites me
To dance with Him in the intimate dance of life

I have lived for myself till
I have found Jesus was all I needed,
I will never be the same
For He has given me new life

Job 33:4, Psalm 36:8-10, Psalm 107:9,
2 Corinthians 5:17, Psalm 23:5, John 7:38

Whispers from the Father's Heart/Encouraging Words

Meet Me in the Morning

Meet Me in the morning stillness, I will come like the rain, while the earth is fresh with the dew of My Presence. Speak to me in our secret place. When you feel like sinking sand, seek the light in me, move into the light, stay in the light; reach out to me and I will place you upon the rock.

Sing  songs from your heart to mine, I will draw you to me and show you the way forward.  Listen for my voice when other voices clamoring for your attention. Meet me in the morning stillness and you will hear my whisper and find refuge.

The more you surrender to Me and My ways, My Spirit swells within you till you are flooded with divine Presence;   and be filled with authority, wisdom, power and inexpressible heavenly Joy. I will show you great and mighty things on our journey to the high place. Meet me in the morning and together we will share in the intimate dance of life.

Psalm 29:2, 1 Peter 1:8, Hosea 6:3, Psalm 91:1

Whispers from the Father's Heart/Encouraging Words

Let Your Light Shine

Jesus fascinates our hearts. His glory is our treasure and His light shines to push back the darkness.

Whatever fascinates you will guide you,
so pray that the only thing,
that will fascinate you is God and
His marvelous glory.
AWTozer

You were made to House the Fullness of God…Let your Light Shine!!!

For we do not proclaim ourselves but Jesus Christ as Lord, and slaves of Jesus. For God who said, “Let light shine out of darkness,” that Light shines in our hearts to give the light of the knowledge of God’s glory in the face of Jesus Christ. Now we have this treasure in clay jars, so that this extraordinary power may be from God and not from us.

And since we have the same spirit of faith in keeping what is written, I believed, therefore I spoke, we believe, and therefore we speak. We know that the One who raised the Lord Jesus will raise us also with Jesus.

Indeed, everything is for your benefit, so that grace, extended through more and more people, may cause thanksgiving to increase to God’s glory. Arise and shine for thy light is come and the glory of the LORD has risen upon you.

Who or what Fascinates you today?

 2 Corinthians 4:5-7, 13-15, Isaiah 60:1-3, Matthew 5:16, 1 Peter 2:9

Whispers From The Father's Heart/Book Reviews

Kind Words can Give Life…

Words kill, words give life; they are either poison or fruit—you choose.
Proverbs 18:21

Our words have a profound influence on the lives of those around us, and spoken blessings can bring hope, encouragement, and direction to our families, friends, and others.

Many people are experiencing new life in relationships and spiritual encouragement as they discover the power of spoken blessings.

A spoken blessing is a positive, Biblical statement that invokes the blessing of God in the life of another.

Kind words can be short and easy, but their echoes are truly endless. Mother Teresa
