Breathe On Me

In my quiet time, I am reading his word and finding my identity in Christ. My Word for the year is JOY! I am finding that when I discover my true identity I will find Joy. I am sure that as I study this I will find a deeper level of the word joy. His Word says I am loved; I am a child of Yehovah. I am blessed and Yehovah sings over me and calls me ‘His very own’.

Do not fear because I am absolutely delighted to give you the kingdom. I am your protector, stay close to me, I will watch over you. For, I formed you in your mother’s womb.  I took all of the threads of your life to weave a masterpiece. You were not flung randomly into creation but gently formed, lovingly as I took time to delicately knit all your inward parts together. Let this revelation settle in your heart and bring a sense of comfort and security to your soul. You were not a mistake. I planned for you before the foundation of the world and determined the exact time of your birth.

Remember my Grace covers you, my favor and the gifts I have given you to share with those you meet as my representative to the world. Remember my fence of protection as a shield of love that is around you. How many times have I put food on your table, showed up when the bills were due when the pain in your body was strong that healing came to you? When you were lost in sorrow I brought you joy, all this, just so you would know how much I love you.

The Spirit of Yehovah has made me and the breath of the Almighty gives me life. The more I seek you, the more I find you, like refreshing rain on a dry land. The more I find you, the more my desire is for the one who holds the stars in the palm of His hand. Nothing else satisfies me the way you do. To hear the beat of your heart, as my soul sings and dances before your Throne, sharing the secret things of your heart to mine:

“I will fill you with a contagious joy, for I delight in you.
See, I have engraved you on the palms of my hands
Remember My mercies are new every morning
I have spoken these things to you so that My joy
may be in you and your joy may be complete.”

Every breath I take is a gift that comes from the Father of Lights. You have promised to sustain me. In your presence, I fall into your arms again because you are always there to catch me.

 Holy Spirit Breath on me…

Falling Envelopes

In the days leading to New Year’s Eve I have heard God from my heart and through many other prophetic words (Doug Addison, Lana Vawser, and others) speak some of the following encouraging words.

Watch for a lot of angelic activity and dreams to increase as the spiritual atmosphere is ripe and ready. Expect God to speak to you and bring you some type of gift from Heaven. Be confident that God is speaking to you, and do not listen to discouraging voices. Things are going to become much clearer as you get a “God’s eye view” of your situation. Get ready for God to reveal some amazing things that are going to change your life forever. It will not be long until there will be a radical breakthrough and change over your life. things are going to turn around suddenly, and you will be surprised as God shows up with a big blessing.

I awoke in the middle of a dream – because I forgot to turn off one of my alarms – so much for sleeping in during my holiday time off.

What I remember of the dream I was outside and saw white snow as far as I could see. I was looking in awe of the beauty of my surroundings I noticed something falling, at first, I thought it was snowing again. As I looked closer it was letters or rather envelopes and I assumed had letters in them falling from heaven. I noticed they were falling faster and faster and blended in the snow… then, I awoke…

Lord, what does this mean? The following is what I heard next, how much of it is directly related to this dream, right now I do not know, I just wanted to write it down before I forget it.  I do know that the revelation will come, some today and some on another day.

God is going to reveal his secrets and strategies you will need for this new year

Proverbs 25:2 It is the glory of God to conceal a matter, But the glory of kings is to search out a matter.

Psalms 138:8 You keep every promise you have ever made to me! since your love for me is constant and endless, I ask you, Lord, to finish every good thing that you have begun in me!

Colossians 3:1-4  If then you were raised with Christ, seek those things which are above, where Christ is, sitting at the right hand of God.  Set your mind on things above, not on things on the earth.  For you died, and your life is hidden with Christ in God.  When Christ who is our life appears, then you also will appear with Him in glory.

A few days later I heard the whisper of the Lord in a dream reminding me of the previous dream. There has been an increase of people (some famous, some not so famous) declaring, proclaiming that the Christ Jesus is coming soon!

Me: Yes, we know that; people have been declaring it for centuries. I know, look around, scripture says something about “wars and rumors of wars”, “signs and wonders” in the sky, and “days of Noah.” I have friends that have had dreams of being in a white dress looking out the window and seeing Jesus ride in on a white stallion. Others saw Jesus in the clouds. It can be exciting to hear, but Lord what does this mean?

Lord: Yes, it is true, I am coming soon. I am reminding the faithful to have ears hear, eyes to see. I am reminding my people to be ready, spirit, soul, and body. I Am calling you and others who will listen to a deeper intimacy with me. in that secret place of intimacy will come the strength, favor, wisdom you will need as you go out into the world to carry me and you will draw the outcast, the unlovely, the broken and hurt to me.

The envelopes are invitations to all who will take time to read and desire to come close. As you come closer my fragrance will linger on you as a reminder of my love for you and as you go about doing my work. You will share this fragrance when you are around others; as friends hug each other, the fragrance rubs off on them. The fragrance of kindness, of wisdom, the fragrance of peace; this is just one way you give to others what I have given to you, to your friends, the strangers, the unloved, the outcast you are sowing seeds of my love.

Be confident that as you continue to be close to me that my wisdom is your wisdom and will be there when needed. That when trouble hearts come your way my compassion is your compassion and you will have the right words to say. You will be so close that you would hear what to write and release at the proper time. that you would be so close and surrender to me, for all your hope is in Jesus.

Because of you Oh, Lord, your glory lifts me up
and I can hold my head high because my identity is in you.
The Lord set me like a tree beside the waters
to receive nourishment and wisdom.
Holy Spirit lead me on the right path.
For the Lord’s favor surrounds me and covers me
with a shield of love, kindness, and joy.
I feel the Lord saying to sit longer in his presence
and he will show me things I need to know,
as I walk, his favor surrounds me and is
a buffer to the situations I will encounter.

Psalms 1:3, Psalms 3:3, Psalms 5:23

New Year Blessing

What a way to start a New Year – The coldest it has been for New Year’s day in San Antonio in a long time – I hope that you have a new hope for the coming year. One filled with promise, in the scripture God himself says that there is a future planned just for you, one filled with hope for a good future. If you focus on the Lord and expectantly watch and listen I believe you will find him and you will be astonished by what will happen even in this coming year; for you personally and for those around us and the nations. Jeremiah 29:11-14

One way to expectantly wait is to declare blessings over yourself and others. One way to begin is:
Pick a bible verse in your favorite version or try one from one that you are not familiar with (it might give you a different understanding of the verse) & change it into a declaration for your life, use one of the examples or ask God to give you one just for you and expect it to change your heart

  1. Declare it out loud several times during the day… when it gets into your heart in a few weeks, months or take the entire year, then…
  2. Start blessings others with it (or begin by blessings others with and see how God reveals himself to you and those that you bless)
  3. Then pick another verse and begin again

Some examples: make it short enough to memorize and powerful enough to make an impact.

“Put on the full armor of God, so that you can take your stand against the devil’s schemes.” Ephesians 6:11
I declare I am clothed in and protected by God’s supernatural armor so I can outwit and outlast the enemy’s strategies.

“Blessed is she who has believed that the Lord would fulfill his promises to her!”
Luke 1:45 (one of my favorites)
Today I declare that I am blessed because I believe God will fulfill His promises to me.

Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.
Hebrews 11:1
I declare that I have faith that turns my deepest longings into reality. Therefore, what I am longing for is already mine.

Matthew 19:26 Jesus looked at them and said, “With man this is impossible. But with God all things are possible.”
I declare that I will see God do the impossible in my situation

Proverb10:22 The blessing of the Lord makes one rich, and He adds no sorrow to it.
I declare that all my needs are met, and I will be filled with joy!

Because you are close to me and always available my confidence will never be shaken, for I experience your wrap-around presence every moment. Psalms16:8.
I declare today will be a good day and that I walk with a confidence that will not be shaken because of the ever presence of God surrounding me.

When His lamp shone upon my head, and when by His light I walked through darkness; Job 29:3
I declare I will walk through the darkness because His glory shines on me and lights the way.

Romans 15:13 Now may the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, that you may abound in hope by the power of the Holy Spirit.
I declare that the God of inspiration is a fountain of hope and fills me with uncontainable joy and perfect peace as I trust in him.

Ephesians 1:17 That the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory may give to you the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of Him,
I declare that the Father of glory gives me the spirit of wisdom and revelation to know him better.

Psalms 37:4 Delight yourself in the Lord and he will give you the desires of your heart.
Today I declare as I make God my utmost delight and pleasure of my life, he will provide for me what I desire most.
Your situation may not be what you would like them to be at the beginning of this new year. Remember it is aligning ourselves spirit, soul, and body to the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit to see the sun rise over our mountains. Jesus promises to fill you with joy as your gratitude flourishes. Begin to nourish your heart with reminders of Jesus’ promises and thank Him.

This should be our example as Pasty Clairmont says “I’d like to express my gratitude to the Lord not only verbally, but by asking Him how to richly love on His people in word and deed.” Below is a New Year Blessing from Pasty Clairmont and wanted to share with you as it expresses my sentiments for you dear readers:

A New Year Blessing

May the year ahead find you flourishing because
you are growing in your expressions of love.
May your mind be stirred by God’s counsel
and your will be quickened. May you sing your new song
in such a manner that others find hope in
your continued transformation.
May the peace in your pace be palpable
that others might join you in the still waters of His grace.
May your words be measured and kind.
And may you find fresh reserves in Christ’s presence.

Trust

Happy Monday, Merry Christmas!

The one word I kept hearing this morning is “Trust” trust that the past is forgiven, trust that the present is secure, and the future is an adventure is on its way.

The Lord: Listen to the sound of the season, in the music, the laughter of children, the noise of family and you will find me in the midst. Seek me and recognize my presence, you will find my presence in a greater and mightier way than ever before. In this season of hearing my voice, you will know that I am with you and you will gain a greater understanding of My presence than you have had before. In the coming new year, it will be a year of restoration and a take-back of what has been stolen from you.

For the Lord God is brighter than the brilliance of a sunrise! Wrapping himself around me like a shield, he is so generous with his gifts of grace and glory. Those who walk along his paths with integrity will never lack one thing they need, for he provides it all!

Me: Lord, give me the words to express to others how beautiful your love is for them.

The Lord: Don’t be afraid for I have come to bring you good news. The most joyous news the world has ever heard!

Joy to the World!

An Angelic Encounter:

That night, in a field near Bethlehem, there were shepherds watching over their flocks.  Suddenly, an angel of the Lord appeared in radiant splendor before them, lighting up the field with the blazing glory of God, and the shepherds were terrified! But the angel reassured them, saying, “Don’t be afraid. For I have come to bring you good news, the most joyous news the world has ever heard! And it is for everyone everywhere! For today in Bethlehem, a rescuer was born for you. He is the Lord Yehovah, the Messiah. You will recognize him by this miracle sign: You will find a baby wrapped in strips of cloth and lying in a feeding trough!”

Then all at once, a vast number of glorious angels appeared, the very armies of heaven! And they all praised God, singing:

“Glory to God in the highest realms of heaven!
For there is peace and a good hope given to the sons of men.”

Prayer: May the fire and passion of this glorious news saturate every facet of your life; that the Father of glory, would give you the riches of the Spirit of wisdom and the Spirit of revelation to know him better. I pray that the light of God will illuminate the eyes of your imagination, flooding you with light, until you experience the full revelation of the hope of His calling. May this Christmas be the beginning of special moments and may experience the Christ child in a fresh new way and that revelation last into the New Year to fill you with JOY!

Luke 2:8-14Ephesians 1:17-181Samuel 30:18-19Psalm 84:11

Prayer Rising

This entry on “Prayer rising” comes from knowing God is faithful and answers when we call on him. For He is Faithful and Good and His Mercies and Love endures forever.

Praise be to God, who has not rejected your Prayer or
withheld his love from you.

There is a fragrance rising,
Prayers from your people a
Precious incense filling the atmosphere.

As we call upon your name
Accept our prayers as incense offered
to you with upraised hands.
The fragrance of our lives
being transformed rises to the throne.

The smoke begins as a fire within and builds
As we pray and become more like Jesus.
The pleasant aroma of our words fills the throne room.

There is a fragrance rising,
prayers from your people,
A precious incense filling the
atmosphere as we call upon your name.

Inspired: Psalm 141:2, Psalm 66:20,  Revelation 5:8

Painter of Light

Happy Monday evening Here is my entry a little late, but it is still Monday. This was a thought about writing that came to me I hope you like it.

To be a painter of Light that is my dream.
It must be grand to light the darkest of soul
Like a musician who stirs the hardest of hearts.
To make the canvas come alive
With colors pure and bright.
To be a painter of Light that is my dream
To light the world around us
Flowers, trees, the seas,
To see color everywhere as God embraces it.
To be a painter of the Light that is my dream
that you will see the Light with my words.

 Matthew 4:16, Matthew 5:16, Psalm 119:105
